Delivery

Standard delivery is FREE Australia-wide.

Express delivery is $14.95

We take great care to make sure everything is packaged well and safe for delivery, using a combination of recyclable tissue and paper strips, as well as air-cushions, ice-packs and insulated box lining depending on the needs of the hamper.

Your order is dispatched on the day you place your order if you order by 2pm and next day if you order after 2pm.

Your delivery will arrive within 3 -5 working days to major metro areas and within 7 days for regional areas.

We are unable to accommodate specific delivery times.

We use Star Tack couriers and Australia Express Post for our deliveries

The more delivery information you can provide us with, the better, this will help ensure we can make a quick, efficient delivery.

It's helpful where applicable to include information such as unit number, company name, and where to leave if no-one is available to accept the delivery (behind pot plant etc.).

If sending to a hospital, bed number and ward number are especially helpful, as well as providing an alternative address to send to if they have already been discharged. Please note a redelivery fee will be charged if the delivery is redirected, so we recommend calling the hospital ahead to ensure they haven't been discharged.

Yes! We offer FREE standard delivery Australia-wide on all hampers 

Yes! You can purchase express delivery on checkout for $14.95. If you order before 2pm your hamper will arrive at it's destination within major metro areas the next day, or to regional areas within 3-5 days.

We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays. 

If you give us authority to leave, the hamper will be left in a place deemed safe by the courier. If there is no place safe to leave the hamper and the hamper is redirected or redelivered, an additional delivery fee will be incurred.

Once the courier has marked the delivery as being 'successfully delivered' we are unable to take responsibility for the rare case of any lost or stolen hampers.

We recommend sending to a business address if possible to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or provide us with additional instructions on where the hamper should be left (behind pot plant etc.).

Yes, we are able to deliver to businesses and hospitals.

For hospital deliveries we recommend providing bed and ward numbers, and calling the hospital ahead of delivery to ensure the person will be at the hospital, is there under the correct name, and hasn't been discharged.

Yes we can, please provide unit numbers and any additional instructions that might be relevant to gaining access to secure apartments, such as the recipients phone number. 

No, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

There should be a message card in the hamper, but if it doesn't mention who it is from, please contact us and we will get in touch with the sender to ask if they are happy to have their name passed along.

Ordering

Yes, we include a complimentary card that is included with the hamper. This card is printed. 

Yes, please get in touch to discuss your requirements. We would be happy to accomodate bulk orders, bespoke hampers and branding.

We'd love to! We offer the ability to create a bespoke, customised hamper from the products we have available. We may not be able to accomodate including items that are outside of our current range, but please get in touch and we would be happy to discuss your requirements

If your order has already been completed and sent via courier we are unable to cancel your order.

If your hamper has not yet been completed, we will be able to cancel your order and issue you with a refund.

Please contact us to discuss cancellation.

Yes, up until the time it leaves our warehouse with the courier we would be happy to accommodate changes you might have, however, we cannot make changes to your order or cancel it once it's been dispatched and is onboard with the courier. 

Yes, when you place your order you will receive an email outlining your tax invoice and details of your order and payment.

Not unless you tell them. We won't include an invoice or any price details in your delivery.

Yes you can, but we highly recommend you let the recipient know who sent it. Most recipients want to know who they received their hamper from so they can thank them.

We currently accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. We also accept Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
